Paramount Landscape & Maintenance, Inc., (Paramount) headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, has been acquired by a private investor. The acquisition closed on January 31, 2014.
Founded in the mid-1990’s, Paramount is a landscape contractor that primarily performs landscape maintenance services along with irrigation repairs, landscape contracting, tree trimming services, and ground control services. Paramount’s customers are predominately homeowner’s associates; however, the Company also provides services for commercial properties (office complexes, schools, industrial facilities, churches, etc.). All of its customers are located in one major metropolitan market – Paramount’s 7,600 square foot headquarters is also strategically located on a ¾ acre lot which includes ample office and warehouse space.
