John Deere Landscapes to Acquire Shemin Landscape Supply

John Deere LandscapesIn its biggest deal since being acquired by private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice, John Deere Landscapes has agreed to acquire Shemin Landscape Supply, with 28 locations  in 14 states.  Here’s the press release announcing the pending acquisition:

ALPHARETTA, GA – February 18, 2015 – John Deere Landscapes, LLC announced today that they have reached an agreement to acquire Shemin Landscape Supply.  Shemin Landscape Supply has 29 locations serving 18 major metropolitan markets in 14 states.  The transaction is expected to close at the end of February.
