Greenscape Acquires Turftenders in Raleigh

Greenscape, a full-service landscape firm based in Holly Springs, N.C., merged with Turftenders, based in Raleigh, N.C. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “Turftenders is a good fit strategically, logistically and culturally with our current business and helps move us towards our vision for the future,” said Daniel Currin, president of Greenscape. Sweden’s Green Landscaping Acquires Trädexperterna AB Tree Care Business

Through its subsidiary JacksonsTrädvård (Treecare), Green Landscaping, Sweden’s largest landscape company, has acquired Trädexperterna AB, a company active within arborist services, based in Lindome outside Gothenburg. Trädexperterna will gradually be integrated into Jacksons Trädvård, hence strengthening its offering in the southwest of Sweden. Trädexperterna AB was founded in 2011 by its CEO Richard Reimertz. Its main operations consist of tree and forest care, and training related to the arborist area. In addition, the company offers transportation and production of biofuel.
