idverde Acquires Verboon Groen & GWW and Verboon Machines in The Hague

The Netherlands unit of idverde, BTL, has acquired the The Hague-based companies Verboon Groen & GWW and Verboon Machines was made official. With this step BTL is better represented in the region and can provide more services. This take-over fits in with the company’s global strategy to grow both organically as well as through acquisitions.
