David Alexander, president & CEO of TruGreen Lawncare, recently disclosed, in an interview reported by Landscape Management, that the company had completed four acquisitions in 2015.
The four acquisitions were as follows:
Team Green Lawn – Xenia, Ohio (near Dayton)
Lawn Master Quality Pays – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Noon Turf Care – Marlborough, Massachusetts
Grassman – South Windsor, Connecticut
The Company did not complete any acquisitions in 2014. Alexander said that the Company will focus on the integration of the merger with Scotts Lawn Service in 2016. He did say that they would not rule out other acquisitions, but it certainly won’t be the Company’s focus.
