American Civil Constructors Announces Sale of ACC Landscape Maintenance

As previously reported by SellMyGreenBusiness.com, American Civil Constructors has sold its landscape maintenance operation to Progress Equity Partners.  Last Friday, American Civil Constructors issued the following press release:
Littleton, Colorado – American Civil Constructors Inc. continues to strengthen its market position with
the divestiture of its landscape maintenance operations allowing it to focus on its core construction
business.
American Civil Constructors, Inc. sold the landscape maintenance and public works operations in place
under ACC Landscape Maintenance on May 15, 2009 to Progress Equity Partners, LTD out of Dallas, TX.
This venture included contracts, assets and employees from the Colorado and California markets.
This business decision will allow ACC to focus and grow its civil infrastructure construction portfolio of
projects including heavy highway and bridge construction, parks, sports complexes and environmental
restoration.
“ACC’s thoughts are on the future – we are positioning ourselves to come out of this current economic
downturn, positioned for growth,” stated CFO, Jeff Rudolph. “With that goal in mind, we have chosen to
focus on our core business. We will emerge stronger.”
