Boston-based Anvil Capital has completed the acquisition of Fowler Landscaping of Lynn, Massachusetts. The transaction was structured as an add-on acquisition for Leahy Landscaping, Inc., a portfolio company of Anvil Capital and Spring Capital. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in 2000 by Jesse Fowler, Fowler Landscaping is a regional commercial and residential landscaping services company with many long-standing relationships. Jesse Fowler commented “Leahy Landscaping has an outstanding reputation. My decision to sell to Leahy was ultimately driven by my desire to join a larger company with significantly more resources. I look forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of Leahy Landscaping.”
