Arrow Environmental Services, a unit of Pest Environmental Services, has merged with Spring Hill, Florida-based 4Ever Green Inc. The merger will expand Arrow’s lawn care and ornamental services n the Tampa Bay area, adding over $150,000 in annual revenue.

Arrow Environmental Services, a leading provider of pest and termite control, and lawn care maintenance services, has merged with Spring Hill-based 4Ever Green Inc. The deal will help expand Arrow’s lawn and ornamental services in the Tampa Bay area and adds over $150,000 in annual revenues.

Arrow has steadily grown its customer base in the Tampa Bay area by focusing on sustainable practices and customer relationships since the company moved to Sarasota in 1958. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, the company’s growth and success have been driven by customer satisfaction, retention and referrals.
4Ever Green is Arrow’s sixth merger since December and its 57th since 2010, continuing a period of tremendous expansion throughout west and central Florida. Some of the largest mergers have grown the company’s presence dramatically in the Tampa Bay area, including merging with two companies that were based in Tampa: Young Pest Control, a $2 million acquisition, and Bay Area Termite & Pest Control, which added $1.9 million in annual revenues.
