BHMS Investments, LP, through affiliated funds (“BHMS”), completed a material investment in Advanced Service Solutions, LLC (“Advanced” or the “Company”). The Company provides facilities maintenance services to multi-site retail, grocery and commercial property managers nationwide. Since its founding in 2007, Advanced has experienced substantial growth behind a seasoned leadership team, led by its Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Tunis. The senior management team continues to be significant shareholders in the Company.
At the closing of the transaction, Jeff said, “We are proud to partner with BHMS to help us continue to build a large, first class facilities maintenance company.
