The Budd Group an integrated facilities services company based in North Carolina with operations throughout the Southeast, has acquired The Grounds Crew, Inc., a privately-held Florida landscape services company. Based in Orlando, Florida, The Grounds Crew, Inc. has served the Orlando market for over 20 years.
The Budd Group is executing this acquisition as a result of a strategic decision to expand its market penetration in the Southeast. “With this acquisition, we’re growing our existing Orlando branch and enhancing the offerings available to our clients,” said Joe Budd, CEO of The Budd Group.

The Budd Group assumed management of all landscape services on February 1, 2014. Employees of The Grounds Crew will be integrated into The Budd Group’s Orlando branch.
