Ruppert Acquires Raleigh’s New River Landscape

LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape has acquired New River Landscape, a Raleigh, N.C.-based company, which provides commercial grounds management services. The transaction includes the purchase of commercial landscape management contracts, trucks, equipment and the hiring of employees. The commercial clients are primarily based in the counties of Wake, Orange, Durham Counties, Robeson and Guilford. David J. Frank Partners with Struggling Lied’s to Form Residential Landscape Unit

According to published reports, David J. Frank Landscape Contracting, Inc. is partnering with Lied’s Nursery Co. to form a residential landscape division. Lieds-Frank Residential Landscapes began operating this month as a division of Germantown-based David J. Frank Landscape Contracting. David J.
