Custom Touch Acquires Perfect Property Services

(NOBLESVILLE, IN)….Custom Touch Irrigation, a Noblesville-based irrigation and landscape lighting company established in 1978, has acquired Indianapolis irrigation company Perfect Property Services. The combined operations will be headquartered at Custom Touch Irrigation’s facility located in the Noblesville Business Park at 9675 E. 148th Street.

Custom Touch Irrigation plans to expand their 20 plus strong staff by three due to the acquisition and increase their customer base by 10 percent. Dana Hird, owner of Custom Touch Irrigation, started the business with a couple of part time employees and has grown it into the award winning company it is today, having won the Super Service Award from Angie’s List for the past eight years in a row. This award is given to less than five percent of all companies listed.
“Our irrigation and landscape lighting departments have seen continual growth through the years, allowing us to make this acquisition,” said Hird. “Our hope is that this expansion will further increase both residential and commercial business projects.” Hird is certified by the EPA as a Water Sense Partner. This gives Custom Touch Irrigation access to the latest information needed to continually improve the design and installation process that conserves water and saves customers money.
