Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Aquarius Supply (“Aquarius” or the “Company”), a leading independent distributor of irrigation, outdoor lighting, agronomics, and other landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Hawthorne, New Jersey, Aquarius was founded in 1969 by George Beausoleil and is currently managed by his son, Rob. The Company operates a network of ten branches across five states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. Rob Beausoleil and the Company’s entire sales and operations team will lead the business going forward, which will ensure continuity and consistency for customers and supplier partners. Heritage will continue to operate these locations under the Aquarius Supply name.
