Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. has acquired Atlanta Landscape Materials, a family-owned distributor of aggregates, stone, and other landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Heritage is a unit of SRS Distribution. SRS Distribution is a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Atlanta Landscape was founded in 1983 by brothers Dan & Michael Perry. Dan will continue to lead the Company’s long-tenured employee base under the Atlanta Landscape Materials banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers and supplier partners.
