Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) has acquired MCS Landscape Supply (“MCS” or the “Company”), a family-owned distributor of hardscapes and landscape supplies, has joined the Heritage family of companies. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the Company was founded in 1972 by Tom & Margaret Martinez and is currently managed by the second and third generation of the Martinez family. MCS’ dedicated team of employees will remain with the Company, ensuring continuity and consistency for its customers and supplier partners.
Matt McDermott, President of Heritage, commented, “We are excited to welcome the MCS team to the Heritage family. The Company’s location in Denver represents our 14th branch in the state and our first dedicated hardscapes and landscape supply yard. The Martinez family has built a base of loyal customers due to their excellent customer service and we are honored they chose Heritage as their home.”

Heritage Landscape Supply Group currently includes 29 locations across 4 states operating under the names: CPS Distributors, Automatic Supply, Normac, and MCS. Heritage Landscape Supply Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of SRS Distribution Inc.
