Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) has acquired Florida Irrigation Supply, Inc. (FIS Outdoor), an independently owned distributor of irrigation, outdoor lighting, and landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in Orlando, Florida in 1974, FIS Outdoor operates a network of 39 branches across the Southeast, servicing professional irrigation and landscape contractors, municipalities, golf course superintendents, and other green industry professionals. FIS’ entire sales and operations team will be staying with the Company to run the business which will ensure continuity and consistency for its customer and supplier partners. Heritage will continue to operate these branches under the FIS Outdoor name.
