How We Use Social Media

Ron Edmonds of The Principium Group was quoted in the October 2011 issue of Mergers & Acquisitions regarding how mergers & acquisitions firms use social media.

“At The Principium Group, we use social media extensively and find it an important source of leads for our specialty mergers and acquisitions practice, whichis focused oin companies in the lawn and landscape and related businesses, which we call the “green industry.”  We have an “ecosystem” that incodes an e-newsletter, Green Industry Merger & Acquisition News, read by over 1,000 industry leaders each month.  We also have a blog, SellMyGreenBusiness.com.

We use social media platforms, LinkedIN, FaceBook pages and Twitter to drive traffic to our blog, newsletter and websiter with regular updates oin merger & acquisition activity in the industry.  Most months, leads developed through these social medfia activities are our strongest leads and this seems to be building overtime.  We have not yet added Google+ to our ecosystem, but plan to in the near future.  LinkedIn is a very strong lead generator for us.”
