Matt Stemmler is a partner in Principium | White Oak.
He has over 15 years of experience with mergers & acquisitions and has played a key role in over 50 merger acquisition transactions, including multiple transactions involving lawn, landscape, and pest control companies.
Prior to co-founding White Oak Capital Partners, Matt served as senior director for mergers & acquisitions for ServiceMaster and Terminix. He spent over ten years in investment banking, focusing on middle-market mergers & acquisitions with Raymond James.
Matt holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management.
