Nurture Landscapes Acquires Eco Landscapes in the U.K.

Eco Landscapes has joined forces with the Nurture Landscapes Group in a collaboration which will continue to strengthen and enhance the service portfolio to clients across the South of England for both companies.

St Albans-based Eco Landscapes was founded in 2008 by Alex Ufton. The majority of the business is made up from the delivery of landscape maintenance to offices, industrial parks and retail parks across the South, in addition to some static sites, and sits perfectly alongside Nurture’s client base.

The operational and management teams delivering the service on the ground will remain in situ and will continue to work out of Eco’s head office in St Albans, ensuring continuity of service to its clients.

Alex will remain with Nurture, focusing on the company’s existing clients and new business development.

The deal concluded on 30th September 2019 and Eco will continue to trade under its own name until 30th November 2019. It will move to the Nurture brand from 1st December 2019.

Alex Ufton, MD of Eco Landscapes, said: “I am delighted that we’ve joined the Nurture family. This union works perfectly for Eco Landscapes and Nurture Landscapes, whom we share similar best practice with. Our client base is similar, so our customers can now benefit from the industry expertise and resources of two great businesses.”

Nurture Landscapes MD, Peter Fane added: “We’re excited to welcome Eco Landscapes into the Nurture group. Both companies share similar values and methods and we’re delighted to continue providing the quality, consistent service that all our respective clients expect through this latest collaboration.”
