Ameri-Pride, Inc. and Palmer Landscape, two Tampa Bay-based landscaping and pest control companies, are proud to announce the recent merging of their two groups into a single corporation.
The new corporation will be known as “Ameri-Pride, Inc.” and will continue under the direction of CEO, Bob Shehu. Shehu founded Ameri-Pride over 20 years ago and currently serves the greater Tampa Bay region and other areas of Florida.
“We never viewed ourselves as competitors,” says Shehu. “We’ve always viewed each other with a great deal of admiration and respect, so why not join forces if our objective is to grow while maintaining lasting relationships with the clients we serve?”
He adds, “When our goals have been the same for many years and we both operate our businesses with the same ideals and principles, it’s a natural fit.”
Joe Palmer, who founded Palmer Landscape in 2004, says the merger is the result of both companies having similar values when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
“We don’t just want to meet expectations. We want to exceed them. We refuse to deviate from that mind-set,” says Palmer, who states his top priorities, along with Shehu’s are offering “quality service” and “fair price.”
Ameri-Pride, Inc. will continue to offer tree service, landscaping, pest control, irrigation, and lawn maintenance for both commercial and residential properties throughout Florida.
Ameri-Pride’s company headquarters will remain in Clearwater, with branch offices in Sarasota and Fort Myers.
