Colorado Springs-based Pioneer Sand Company, Inc. and its affiliates have been acquired by New York-based private equity investment firm JLL Partners. Pioneer Sand, with over 30 locations in Colorado and Arizona, is one of the largest suppliers of landscape and hardscape materials in the United States.
