Plexus capital has compoleted and investment in Southern Shade Tree Co.

Headquartered in Fort Mill, SC, Southern Shade Tree provides commercial landscape services across North and South Carolina. Founded in 1954, the Company largely focuses on providing landscape installation services for national and regional homebuilders. Southern Shade Tree also provides landscape construction and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and municipal properties. Through its agricultural subsidiary, Bentwood Farms INC, the Company produces turf grass for use by its own landscape crews and for sale to landscapers throughout the Carolinas.

Plexus Capital is a private ninvestment firm which invests in middle marlet businesses with subordinated debt and majority or minority equity. Plexcus has inmvested in a number of landscape services businesses, include Schill Grounds Management, Sunrise Landscape, Gold Landscape and Rot0lo0 Comnsultants.
