Raimondi Horticultural Acquires Anderson Ward Plantscapes

Raimondi Horticultural Group  of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, has acquired  Anderson Ward Plantscapes of Hillsborough, NJ.

Raimondi Horticultural Group (RHG) a full-service horticultural firm that includes The Little Flower Shoppe and LFS Productions. The company provides a full spectrum of interior plant-landscaping services to corporate, hospitality, retail and healthcare facilities in the New York tri-state area. Founded in 1974, the company also provides floral design services to corporate and social events, holiday decorating services, plant rentals and corporate gifts.

Anderson Ward Plantscapes, founded in 1981, has strived to provide the finest interior tropical plants and the best-quality decorative planters at a fair price, according to a statement on its website.

The acquisition will add to RHG’s client base in the growing Princeton to Parsippany corridor resulting in increased business and operational efficiencies. “This acquisition will drive efficiencies and enhance our purchasing economies of scale, which in turn can be passed along to our clients,” said Chris Raimondi, CLP, president/CEO of RHG. “It also reinforces our corporate commitment to pursue growth opportunities that not only benefit our clients, but our employees and vendor partners as well.”
