Reliable Property Services Forms Strategic Partnership with Lawn Ranger of Minnesota |

On November 1st 2014, Reliable Property Services formed a strategic partnership with The Lawn Ranger of Minnesota. On ts website, Reliable commented on the transaction, “The combined companies have created the largest and most experienced full service exterior maintenance company in Minnesota. We believe that this partnership adds strength and expertise to an already strong line of services. We look forward to providing the best exterior maintenance to RPS and The Lawn Ranger customers, both today and into the future.”
According to the Landscape Management 150 earlier this year, Reliable has $27 million in annual revenues while The Lawn Ranger has $9 million in revenues. A combination would rank as number 31 on the list. Further information about the deal is not currently available.
Reliable Property Services is a portfolio company of Private Capital Management. Based in St.Paul, it has operations in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
