Rotolo Consultants, Inc., based in Slidell, Louisiana, has acquired Vision Landscapes, a commercial landscaping and maintenance company in Birmingham, Alabama.
The acquisition was completed Sept. 30. The acquisition was completed on Sept. 30. Vision Landscapes represents the fifth acquisition completed by RCI over the last three years.
Vision Landscapes was established in 1994 and services the Southeast region. RCI president and CEO Keith Rotolo said the transaction strengthens his company’s presence in Alabama and furthers its goal of “consistent growth of the company via acquisitions of high-quality companies along with our long-term organic growth strategy.”
Founded in 1978, RCI has offices in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. It has become one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the U.S., with anticipated revenue of around $80 million in 2020 and over 700 workers in five states.
