Plantscapes, Inc of Seattle, Washington, a commercial landscapes maintenance company, has purchased the accounts, assets and employees of Greenleaf Landscaping Group LLC., Tacoma Washington, also a commercial maintenance organization. According to Terry Posner, Plantscapes president & CEO, the acquisition establishes a satellite in the south region of Puget Sound allowing Plantscapes to better serve this area.
In addition, Plantscapes has acquired the accounts and assets of Complete Yard Services of Everett, Washington which will be merged into Plantscapes North Satellite, also located in Everett.
In both cases, Greenleaf and CYS the owners are retiring and sought out Plantscapes as a buyer with the same values as theirs.
Plantscapes, Inc. provides both interior plantcare and exterior landscape management in the Seattle area.
