Arrow Exterminators Acquires Florida’s Nader’s Pest Raiders

ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators on Dec. 1 announced the acquisition of Nader’s Pest Raiders of Ponte Vedra Beach and Fernandina Beach, Fla. The announcement was made by Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow Exterminators CEO and president. Nader’s Pest Raiders, ranked 79 on PCT’s Top 100 list, specializes in residential pest, termite and lawn care services. ServiceMaster Continues Acquisition Program, Explores Options for TruGreen Landcare

The ServiceMaster Company, parent company of TruGreen Lawncare, TruGreen Landcare and Terminix, among other business units, filed its Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 15, 2010 for the third quarter of 2010. Highlights from the Green Industry Conference

The Green Industry Conference was a great success this year.  Published reports stated the attendance at GIC was up 20% over last year and overall Expo attendance was up 7%.  The weather was great and so were spirits.
