Rollins Considers Acquisitions Number One Priority

Rollins Inc. recently conducted its quarterly conference call with analysts. The call, which featured Gary Rollins, Rollins, Inc.’s chief executive office and Harry Cynkus, its chief financial officer, included a number of interesting comments which addressed matters related to acquisitions. More on Sunair: The Investor Group Responds to Sunair’s Board

Sunair Responds to Plan to Remove Board

Sunair Services, Inc. has responded the filing of an Information Statement by a group of stockholders regarding their intention to seek removal of the board by written consent of a majority of shareholders by issuing a press release.
