Colorado lawn and tree service company Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care announced today their acquisition of lawn and tree care customers from Nitro Green Lawn & Tree Care of Boulder County (dba Schneider and Son’s). The move comes as Swingle continues to expand its footprint along the Colorado Front Range as part of a planned expansion including opening a new branch in the area. With existing branches in Denver and Fort Collins, the new branch will provide Swingle’s customers improved response times and additional job opportunities for the local community.
“Strategically located, the new branch will allow us to better connect with the surrounding community,” said Swingle CEO and Owner Thomas Tolkacz.
Swingle gained awareness and a positive reputation with residents in the area after partnering with the City of Boulder to facilitate post-flood debris clean-up. Servicing residential and commercial clients from Monument to Fort Collins, Swingle has developed solutions to protect Colorado’s ash trees fromemerald ash borer; the highly-destructive and aggressive insect found in Boulder in September of this year. Emerald ash borer has received little media attention in Colorado and awareness in the community is dangerously low.
“We are poised to help defend our urban forest against emerald ash borer. An additional location near Boulder will allow us to more effectively provide protection for residents who wish to take preventive measures and ultimately save their trees,” said Swingle President John Gibson.
