Schill Grounds Management has acquired the commercial division of The Ohio Valley Group, expanding Schill’s service area to the east side of Cleveland. BrightView Holdings, Inc., the largest national commercial landscaping services company in the United States, has acquired Green Image, LLC (GTI) based in Las Vegas, Nev.
