Davey Tree Acquires North American Tree Service in Georgia

The Davey Tree Expert Company has acquired the business and  certain assets of North American Tree Service, Inc., (NATS) of Loganville, Georgia Founded in 1990 by Jim and Carol Watson, the family owned NATS has provided full-service tree care to Atlanta-area clients for 30 years. Davey Resource Group, Inc. (DRG), a subsidiary of The Davey Tree Expert Company, has announced the acquisition of the assets of EEE Consulting, Inc. (3e) of Virginia.
