Terracare Associates, LLC (“TCA”), a leading outdoor maintenance company, ihas acquired Landscape Management Services (“LMS”), based in San Jose, CA. The transaction closed on April 30, 2016 and is a strategic extension of current TCA operations in Northern CA.
