Urban Life Solutions Inc. (ULS), a Canadian national outdoor maintenance company, has acquired GrassChopper Landscaping in Edmonton, AB.
Urban Life Solutions is based in Calgary with its Eastern headquarters in Ottawa.
Founded in 2001, GrassChopper is celebrating its 20th year in business, servicing the Edmonton Capital Region in commercial landscape construction, grounds maintenance, and snow and ice management. GrassChopper brings a team of 70 highly trained and dedicated landscape management professionals to ULS which will increase its dominance in the Western Canadian market. “We are very excited to be combining forces with ULS in this exciting chapter of growth and opportunity.
