The bidders for The Brickman Group include high-profile private equity firms Blackstone Group LP, KKR & Co. LP, TPG Capital LP, and CVC Capital Partners Limited, according to a report published by Reuters quoting sources which asked not to be identified.
Barclays PLC and Morgan Stanley are conducting the auction for Leonard Green & Partners LP, the Los Angeles-based private equity firm which is currently Brickman’s majority owner. According to the report, the process is in its final stages.
