Calculus Capital has invested £3m in cleantech firm Weedingtech, which is focused on replacing toxic herbicides. Weedingtech is a world leader in herbicide-free weed and moss control, and has earned multiple awards for sustainable innovation. Employee Acquires Majority Ownership of GreenScape in Memphis

Kathryn Hetzler has acquired majority interest in GreenScape, Inc. of Memphis, Tennessee.  Her ownership originated in 2013 upon the retirement of former president and CEO Frank Colvett, Sr. The Company did not publicize the change in ownership until after a lengthy transition. Chenmark Capital Acquires Piscataqua Landscaping in Maine
