Core Equity Holdings, a Brussels-based private equity firm has acquired Id verde, a European landscape services leader.  Id verde has major operations in both France and the United Kingdom.  Its annual revenues are approximately US$530 million.  Id verde has completed a number of acquisitions in both France and the U.K. and intends to continue to pursue its consolidation strategy in more European countries.
