Heartland Acquires Hillenmeyer

HeartLand, LLC, has acquired Hillenmeyer Landscape Services in Lexington, Kentucky. Hillenmeyer now appears as a unit of HeartLand on Heartland’s website, heartlandcompany.com. The Weedman and Mosquito Authority franchises operated by the Hillenmeyer family were not included n the transaction. No formal announcement of the transaction has been made.
