Metco Landscape Acquires PGM in Colorado Springs
Colorado-based Metco Landscape (“Metco”), a portfolio company of Westhook Capital , has acquired PGM Inc., a large provider of commercial landscape maintenance services in Colorado Springs. PGM is also known as Perfection Grounds Maintenance. PGM’s Founder and President Dan Pohja will continue to lead PGM. Financial Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
