Idverde Acquires TCL Group in the UK
Idverde, the largest landscape services company in Europe, has acquired TCL Group in the U.K. With this acquisition, idverde’s annual revenues exceed $660 million. Idverde has approximately 6,000 employees in France, The Netherlands and the UK. Idverde is the market leader in each of the three countries in which it operates. TCL had annual revenues of over $80 million with 875 employees. Idverde is a portfolio company of Brussels-based Core Equity Holdings.
