Tregaron Capital recently confirmed its investment in the Cutting Edge Landscape Company, a Boise, Idaho-based commercial landscape services company.  The investment was completed in 2018. Cutting Edge Landscape Company is the result of the 2015 merger of the Cutting Edge Lawn Company, which had been owned by Bob Wheeler, and Total Maintenance Solutions, which had been owned by Ben Helton.  Bob and Ben continue to serve as co-presidents of the Cutting Edge Landscape Company. Earlier this year, Cutting Edge announced its acquisition of Community Landscape Services headquartered in Bluffdale, Utah. BrightView has acquired two commercial landscape maintenance companies, Heaviland Enterprises, Inc., in San Diego, Calif., and Clean Cut Lawns, LLC, in Mesa, Ariz. According to a press release, these acquisitions were completed in early November.  Here are the details from the press release: BrightView Holdings, Inc. has acquired Heaviland Enterprises, Inc., a commercial landscaping company headquartered in San Diego, Calif., and Clean Cut Lawns, LLC, a landscaping firm in Mesa, Ariz.
