Seabreeze Property Services, Inc. of Portland, Maine, has been acquired by Chenmark Capital Management, LLC., a family investment firm. James Higgins, Chenmark’s founder, was featured in a New York Times article in September 2015, that focused on their decision to acquire an operating business and relocate from Greenwich, Connecticut, to Portland Maine.
