Swingle Tree, Lawn and Landscape has merged with SavATree, a New York-based national provider of tree, shrub and lawn care. Swingle has operated in Colorado for 70 years. The transaction does not include LawnAmerica, based in Tulsa, which has been an affiliate of Swingle since 2016.

According to a prepared statement, SavATree has been caring for properties throughout the Western region, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast for over 30 years with a solid reputation for excellence among their clients, employees and within our industry. Similar to Swingle, SavATree has a dedicated team of highly trained arborists and professional field personnel with an emphasis on quality, reliability and professionalism. Moreover, they operate with a high level of integrity and share values similar to Swingle’s. SavATree will continue all services without interruption.
This acquisition solidifies SavATree as a national tree and lawn care company. It has been aggressively making acquisitions for several years. Earlier this year, a majority interest in SavATree was acquired by CI Capital Partners.
This merger is the Company’s second in the Colorado market this year, and aligns with SavATree’s strategic growth plan. Earlier this year, SavATree merged with Denver-based Mountain High Tree, Lawn and Landscape. The combination of the successful Mountain High and Swingle brands, under the SavATree canopy, will provide customers and employees with greater resources and opportunities to benefit from environmentally minded services that preserve, beautify and enhance properties in the region.
