Magnolia Landscaping Corporation (“MLC”) has been acquired by Borst Landscape & Design (“BLD”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1975, MLC provides landscape design & build and property maintenance services for its customers in the Old Tappan, River Vale, Hillsdale, Washington Township, Woodcliff Lake and surrounding areas in New Jersey.
