MEMPHIS, Tenn. – TruGreen has acquired Nutri-Turf and Easy Chair Lawn Care, expanding its footprint in Ohio and Michigan and adding more than 10,000 customers to the TruGreen roster.

Both Nutri-Turf and Easy Chair Lawn Care will be folded into local TruGreen branch operations. TruGreen has offered the opportunity for employees of both businesses to remain with the company as TruGreen employees, and will maintain their seniority with the company.

“After an acquisition, it is important to maintain customer consistency,” said Bill Hausbeck, division vice president, TruGreen. “We believe in maintaining the current employee base where possible.”
