Gen Cap America, Inc. has acquired TFM Services in partnership with management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TFM, based in Wichita, KS, is a facilities maintenance company specializing in janitorial services and floor maintenance. With more than 35 years of experience, TFM serves a four-state region with facilities maintenance services across a wide range of facility types including retail, commercial, health care, industrial, and education facilities. Services include conventional janitorial services, concrete restoration, power washing, window washing, landscaping, and general maintenance.

The TFM management team will be led by Patrick Phillips who assumed the role of President upon close. Patrick joined TFM in 2005.

This investment represents the eleventh platform acquisition that Gen Cap America has made in Fund VII, and the second in the facilities maintenance space in this fund. The other facilities maintenance related investment was their 2018 investment in Mid America Specialty Services.
