Green Landscaping Group AB (Sweden)) has completed the previously announced acquisition of HD Landscape’s ground maintenance operation in Skåne. The transfer is paid in full with cash funding.
The acquired business consists mainly of maintenance and service work for municipalities, non-profit housing companies and tenant-owner associations in Helsingborg, Malmö and Vellinge. The deal includes customer contracts, staff and machinery.
