High Street Capital has invested in Southern Design in partnership with the founders to fund the company’s growth plan. Our investing and operating teams will be working closely with the management team to scale Southern Design’s installation capacity, professionalize back-office functions to allow the founders to focus on new business development, hire additional project managers to oversee increasing work volumes, and continue to organically grow market share in the Atlanta MSA.
Southern Design, located in Cumming, Georgia, provides landscaping and concrete foundation and finishing services to large, sophisticated home builders in the greater Atlanta MSA. The company’s success has been driven by a focus on quality and customer service and facilitated by a large and growing network of trusted and quality-oriented subcontractor partners.
This acquisition represents High Street’s third platform investment for Fund V.
