HighGrove Partners Announces Share Ownership Change

Austell, Georgia (January 8, 2009) – William Lincicome, ASLA, AIA, Chief Creative Officer and
James McCutcheon, CLP, Chief Executive Officer have acquired President Kenneth Rogers’
ownership shares of HighGrove Partners in a share purchase agreement.
“Bill and I have the highest respect for Ken’s talent and expertise in operations and finance, which has
contributed immensely to HighGrove. We are coming off one of our strongest years and Ken played a
big role in this achievement as well as many others. As we look at our company vision and long-term
goals for the future, we believe this decision is a step in solidifying the ultimate direction that we are
heading in,” says McCutcheon.
McCutcheon will play a more active role in running the day-to-day company operations until a Chief
Financial Officer is selected.
Post Properties sold its landscape group to Lincicome, McCutcheon, and Rogers, who took the
company private in 2001 and renamed it to HighGrove Partners.
