John Deere Landscapes Acquires Green Resource in Carolinas |

John Deere Landscapes, LLC has acquired Green Resource. Green Resource has 5 locations serving North and South Carolina with landscape maintenance products and supplies.

“Green Resource is an excellent fit with our existing business in the Carolinas and establishes us as the clear market leader across all of our major product lines. Green Resource has been providing high quality chemicals, seed, fertilizer and erosion control products to landscape professionals for over 20 years,” said Doug Black, CEO of John Deere Landscapes. “We welcome our new associates and are glad to have them joining our team.”

John Deere Landscapes has been on an aggressive acquisition program. Its majority owner is Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a New York-based private equity firm.
