Expanding its operations in the Northland, Ryan Lawn & Tree, an employee-owned company based in Overland Park, Kan., has merged with Simply Green Lawn Sprinklers Inc., located in Riverside, Mo. Simply Green notified its nearly 1,000 clients of the transition last month. The company offers sprinkler installation and maintenance.
The addition of this irrigation business fits well with Ryan Lawn & Tree’s strategy of expanding its service capabilities through mergers with companies known for exceptional customer service.
